The California ISO will repost the Draft Final Proposal on Price Formation Enhancements (PFE): Rules for Bidding Above the Soft Offer Cap with clarifications and additional appendices by end of day today, May 7. These additions are based on stakeholder feedback and to support understanding of the proposal. No substantive changes have been made to the Draft Final Proposal itself.
Please submit written comments based on the Draft Final Proposal by end of day May 8, 2024 through the ISO’s commenting tool using the link on the initiative webpage.
We acknowledge that the timelines for comment represent a significantly faster turnaround than our usual processes, which is not ideal. However, we are committed to being responsive to the urgency and the desire for an interim solution by this summer.
