The California ISO will hold a Price Formation initiative public stakeholder workshop on March 16, 2023. The workshop on March 16 will be offered virtually and in-person at the California ISO in Folsom, California.
During the workshop, the ISO and stakeholders will continue discussion on fast-start pricing, including a review of a potential fast-start pricing initial framework to guide the policy development process.
Meeting materials will be posted prior to the workshop on the Price formation enhancements initiative webpage. The workshop will be recorded and the file posted to the initiative webpage for a limited time. Any related transcriptions should not be reprinted without the ISO’s permission.
If you plan to attend the March 16 workshop in person, please register by end of day March 10. We welcome and encourage your in-person participation, but due to the ongoing COVID risks, close proximity of meeting space, and to protect the health and safety of all attendees and participants, we are requiring anyone attending the workshop in person who has experienced COVID-like symptoms, been exposed to a person who tested positive for COVID, or travelled internationally within the past 10 days to have a negative COVID test result within 24 hours before arriving on site. While we request that you provide your own test, we will have a limited number of test kits available at the ISO for those that need them. The testing is on an honor basis and required to be reported upon check in. Individuals with a positive test result will not be able to attend in person; however, as noted above, there is the option to participate virtually.
