Board of Governors meetings
The ISO bylaws specify the procedures for the scheduling and conduct of board and committee meetings.
Quarterly meetings for each fiscal year are set prior to the beginning of the year. Special meetings may be called by the Board Chair, the President and Chief Executive Officer, or by a majority of serving Governors. Emergency meetings may be called in accordance with the terms of ISO bylaws.
