3100 Establishing System Operating Limits for the Operations Horizon, version 8.0, effective April 1, 2024.
Major revision to address changes due to North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) FAC-011-4 and FAC-014-3 standard changes. Updated NERC Standards in References section. Minor edit made in Sections 3.5, 3.5.1 and 3.5.3. Minor formatting and grammar edits.
3140 TOP-003 TOP - BA Data Request and Specification Guidelines, version 5.4, effective April 1, 2024.
Annual Review: Updated NERC Standards references.
3140A TOP-003 TOP - BA Data Request and Specifications for Data Provision, version 6.3, effective April 1, 2024.
Annual Review: Requests 2.12 and 2.13 - Added "or Generator Operator" and changed methodology from Inter-Control Center Communications Protocol (ICCP) to direct telemetry to align with Business Practice Manual (BPM). Request 2.15 – Updated language for clarity. Added new data requests 2.25 and 2.26 for storage and hybrid resources. Requests 4.1, 4.2, 4.5, 4.11 and 6.14 updated to match RC0120A request. Requests 5.1 and 5.16 - Added “in CAISO Operating Procedures 3210 and 3220” for clarity. Request 6.13 - Added "and" for both parties applicability. Request 6.16 - Added effective date to align with RC0120A. Un-hid (made visible) column I for clarity on Within Transmission Operator area (WT) applicability throughout document. Throughout document replaced instances of Transmission "Desk" with "Dispatcher" and updated formatting for consistency. Removed history prior to five years.
