Major revision by Joint Real-Time Working Group (RTWG)/ Operations Planning Working Group (OPWG) SOL IROL Methodology Task Force to address changes due to FAC-011-4 and FAC-14-3 standard change (approved by Joint RTWG OPWG).
Procedure will remain visible in the “Draft procedures or future effective procedures section” until the April 1, 2024 effective date, at which it will be published as the current version of RC0610.
