The California ISO has approved the Hybrid Resources Phase 2B and Flexible Ramping Product Improvements activation for Feb. 1, 2023. These were previously delayed to ensure delivery of a quality product that meets internal readiness criteria and supports customer readiness feedback. These important milestones are met and approved for production.
