The California ISO will adjust the 2019 Federal Energy Regulatory Commission billing rate from $0.076867 to $0.075337. This is the latest rate from the FERC Energy Regulatory Commission Annual Charges billing and the adjustment is in accordance with ISO Tariff Section 11.19.3.2. The new rate will be reflected beginning trade date:

Additionally, upon reviewing the FERC Energy Regulatory Commission Annual Charges billing, the invoiced amount is more than the 2018 annual FERC charges that have been assessed to scheduling coordinators. The under-collection amount does not meet the threshold percentage for assessment of supplemental billing. Therefore, in accordance with ISO Tariff Section 11.2.13.4, supplemental billing under Charge Code 525 FERC Fee Over/Under Recovery is not required.
