The ISO Tariff requires the ISO to engage in a transparent and collaborative process to perform its local capacity technical study. Pursuant to that requirement the ISO has scheduled a stakeholder meeting on April 9, 2018 to present and discuss the proposed draft 2019 and 2023 local capacity technical study results.
The ISO will post the draft results and other presentation materials to its website at http://www.caiso.com/informed/Pages/StakeholderProcesses/LocalCapacityRequirementsProcess.aspx by close of business April 4.
Please submit written comments on the draft results, and include proposed new operating procedures for consideration in the final results, to regionaltransmission@caiso.com by close of business on April 16.
