The California ISO has scheduled a stakeholder call on March 1, 2021, to review the 2021 proposed Participating Transmission Owner (PTO) Per Unit Cost Guides. The proposed guides are available at http://www.caiso.com/informed/Pages/StakeholderProcesses/ParticipatingTransmissionOwnerPerUnitCosts.aspx.
The ISO Generator Interconnection Procedures require PTOs to annually update and publish their per unit costs for use during the current interconnection study cycle for estimating the cost of facilities required to interconnect generation to the ISO grid.
Please submit comments on the proposed guides to initiativecomments@caiso.com by March 15.
