The ISO has scheduled a stakeholder call on August 11, 2017 to discuss the draft tariff language for the Aliso Canyon Gas-Electric Coordination Phase 3 initiative, which is available on the ISO website at http://www.caiso.com/Documents/DraftTariffLanguage-AlisoCanyonGas-ElectricCoordinationPhase3.docx.
The language addresses operational and market issues on the electric system resulting from the limited availability of the Aliso Canyon gas storage facility. This phase of the initiative proposes to extend the temporary market and operational tools currently in place so they remain in effect beyond November 30, 2017.
Please submit comments on the draft tariff language to initiativecomments@caiso.com by close of business August 9.
