The California ISO has published a Settlements Bulletin to provide an overview of the interest calculations associated with the:

• Amendment 60 minimum load cost adjustments
• Amendment 60 start-up cost adjustments
• Reliability Capacity Services Tariff (RCST) revenues

At the direction of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, the ISO has paused the settlement and invoicing of the Amendment 60 interest adjustments, pending FERC’s decision on the ISO’s compliance filings.
