On March 1, 2021 the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) accepted the Informational Refund Compliance Filing and ordered the California ISO invoice the Amendment 60 minimum load and start-up costs interest.  Per the Reliability Capacity Services Tariff (RCST), the ISO calculated any outstanding adjustments and also calculated interest. The ISO will publish settlements statements and invoices on April 30, 2021. The ISO calculated the interest for both Amendment 60 and RCST through April 30.

Impacted parties will be contacted directly by their client representative between April 6 and April 8, 2021.
