The California ISO has implemented and activated the Customer Market Results Interface (CMRI) Congestion Revenue Rights (CRR) Revenue Adjustment Details report, effective March 21, 2019.
The CMRI CRR Revenue Adjustment Details report provides the following CRR-specific information per binding constraint and time interval:
- CRR ID
- Hedge Type
- CRR Type
- Hourly Notional Revenue
- Hourly Offset Revenue (At Constraint Level – Not at CRR Level)
- Hourly CRR Clawback Revenue
- Hourly Circular Scheduling Revenue
- De-rate factor (applies to merchant transmission ownership rights CRRs)
- CRR award megawatt
This information is provided for each CRR at a unique source and sink location. If a Scheduling Coordinator has multiple CRRs at the same source and sink, the result will be based on the net award value.
As of March 21, 2019, data is available in this report for the following trade dates:
- Jan. 1-15, 2019
- March 12, 2019
- March 20, 2019
