The California ISO has received a request to become a Participating Transmission Owner and execute the Transmission Control Agreement from David P. Addington for 115 KV transmission between Moraga and Oakland ‘X” Substations. In accordance with Section 2.2.2 of the Transmission Control Agreement, the ISO has posted the application and attached documents on the Transmission Operations webpage.
