The California ISO will hold a public stakeholder web conference on Feb. 4, 2020, to discuss the draft final proposal for the Commitment Cost Enhancements tariff clarifications initiative. The paper incorporates stakeholder feedback from the straw proposal, clarifying the application of the resource adequacy availability incentive mechanism for specific outage cards and proposing a definition for run-of-river resources.
The paper and associated draft tariff language, as well as a presentation, will be available prior to the web conference on the initiative webpage at http://www.caiso.com/StakeholderProcesses/Commitment-cost-enhancements-tariff-clarifications.
In addition, the meeting will be recorded and the video file posted on the initiative webpage for a limited time. The recording is for informational and convenience purposes only, and any related transcriptions should not be reprinted without the ISO’s permission.
