The California ISO has posted a third revised tariff language for the Dispatch Operating Target Tariff Clarification stakeholder initiative. The third revised tariff language includes changes needed for the terms "Dispatch Operating Target" and "Dispatch Operating Point" to ensure there is no unintended settlements impact based on the new definitions. Because these changes are very minor, we will not be requesting stakeholder comments.
