The Western Energy Imbalance Market (EIM) Governance Review Committee has scheduled a public stakeholder call on Feb. 5, 2020, to discuss its scoping paper. The scoping paper is available on the Western EIM website at https://www.westerneim.com/Pages/Governance/GovernanceReviewCommittee.aspx.
The Governance Review Committee is a temporary advisory committee to the Western EIM Governing Body and the California ISO Board of Governors that is tasked with developing a proposal for revisions to Western EIM governance. The scoping paper is the first step in this process.
The presentation will be available prior to the call on the webpage linked above. This call will be recorded and a video file posted on the Governance Review Committee webpage for a limited time. The recording is for informational and convenience purposes only, and any related transcriptions should not be reprinted without the ISO’s permission.
Please submit written comments on the scoping paper to initiativecomments@caiso.com by end of day Feb. 21.
The Governance Review Committee will be hosting a workshop on March 11, to have discussions with stakeholders on topics included in the scoping paper. Additional details regarding the workshop, including a formal request for stakeholders to present their proposals for how to address the topics identified in the scoping paper, will be available in an upcoming notice.
