The California ISO has published the draft tariff language for the storage Default Energy Bid (DEB) proposal, as part of the Energy Storage and Distributed Energy Resources (ESDER) Phase 4 initiative.

Please submit written comments on the draft tariff language by end of day December 3, using the ISO’s commenting tool, found on the initiative page. Due to the minimally-incremental tariff changes made to accommodate the ESDER DEB proposal, the ISO will not hold a public call to discuss these proposed revisions.
