The ISO posted the revised draft tariff language(.docx) related to phase 2 of the Energy Storage and Distributed Energy Resources initiative, which is available on the ISO website at http://www.caiso.com/informed/Pages/StakeholderProcesses/EnergyStorage_DistributedEnergyResources.aspx.
The revised language, drafted in a separate color to show changes from the draft language, includes minor clarifications based on stakeholder input received during the review process for the draft tariff language.
Please submit comments to initiativecomments@caiso.com by end of day April 16. We request that suggested revisions be submitted as redlines in the Word document. Follow these steps to create the redlined version: 1) download the draft tariff language Word document from the website, 2) turn on the ‘Track Changes’ function, 3) make your revisions, 4) save the document in Word format—do not convert the document to a PDF file, and 5) submit the redlined Word version, which allows the ISO to more efficiently incorporate stakeholder input.
A stakeholder web conference will be scheduled, based on the level of written comments received.
