The ISO is hosting a technical working group on March 29, 2018 for the Energy Storage and Distributed Energy Resource (ESDER) Phase 3 initiative to discuss the load shift product and the measurement of load curtailment for behind-the-meter electric vehicle supply equipment (EVSE).
The intent of this forum is to focus and engage stakeholder input on these two straw proposal topics. Specifically, the ISO will present potential design elements for the load shift product and identify key elements for the EVSE proposal.
The straw proposal is available on the initiative webpage at http://www.caiso.com/informed/Pages/StakeholderProcesses/EnergyStorage_DistributedEnergyResources.aspx. A presentation and agenda for this working group will also be available there prior to the meeting.
