The California ISO has published the Business Requirement Specification version 1.0 for the Excess Behind the Meter Production project, available on the ISO website at http://www.caiso.com/Documents/BusinessRequirementsSpecification-ExcessBehindtheMeterProduction.pdf.

The availability of the updated specification was announced in our Release User Group call.
