The California ISO tentatively plans to present its final proposal for the FERC Order No. 831 - Import Bidding and Market Parameters initiative for approval during the Sept. 16, 2020 Western Energy Imbalance Market (EIM) Governing Body meeting and Sept. 30, 2020 through Oct. 1, 2020 Board of Governors meeting. This initiative was previously slated for decision at the Western EIM Governing Body and Board of Governors meetings in June and July, respectively.
Adjusting the decisional timeline for this initiative allows the ISO to thoroughly consider comments received on the draft final proposal from both stakeholders and the Market Surveillance Committee.
