The California ISO Reliability Coordinator, now called RC West, has published the new operating procedure referenced below.

RC0550 Reliability Coordinator Procedure Development, Maintenance and Distribution, version 1.0, effective Feb. 22, 2019.

• New Procedure - approved by Steering Committee 2/19/19.

This procedure provides guidelines for:

• Change management for RC Operating Procedures, Methodologies and Operating Guides.
• Distribution of RC Operating Procedures, Methodologies and Operating Guides.
• Document exchange with other entities, including Balancing Authorities, Transmission Operators and neighboring RCs.
