In an effort to reduce duplicate and overlapping content, the California ISO is merging operating procedure 3130 Guidelines for Implementing the Reliability Coordinator IRO-010-2 Data Request into 3140 TOP-003-3 TOP - BA Data Request and Specification Guidelines, and merging operating procedure attachment 3130A Implementation Details for the Reliability Coordinator Data Specification into 3140A TOP-003 TOP - BA Data Request and Specifications for Data Provision.

The draft versions of Operating Procedures 3140 and 3140A have been posted for review along with a Comments Template for 3140. Please submit comments toprocedurecontrol@caiso.comby Aug. 2, 2021.
