The California ISO has revised the operating procedure referenced below.

3100 Establishing System Operating Limits (SOL) for the Operations Horizon, version 7.1, effective Nov. 8, 2021.

• Section 3.7: Updated, providing further clarity on when CAISO would determine SOLs for bus contingencies.
• Section 5: Minor edits for consistency.
• Updated instances of ISO to CAISO throughout.
• Updated North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) and Western Electricity Coordinating Council (WECC) references.
• Minor format and grammar updates.
• Removed history prior to five years.
