The California ISO has revised the operating procedure referenced below.

3610 Nomograms, Transmission Corridors (TCORs), Flowgates, Contingencies and Minimum Online Commitment (MOC), version 10.1, effective May 12, 2021

Added new Section 3.11 to provide guidelines on updating flowgate enforcement status. Minor change to Operationally Affected Parties for consistency with other procedures.
