4410D Emergency Assistance Resource IDs, version 3.5, effective Nov. 14, 2019
The Balancing Authority (BA), CEN, changed their Scheduling Coordinator (SC) ID from CEN1 to CNAC – updated CEN’s SC_ID column and RES_ID column, for effective date Thursday, 11/14/2019.
