The California ISO has revised the operating procedure referenced below.

5370 Resource Performance Verification, version 7.3, effective Sept. 14, 2021.

• Section 3.1.1.2.1: Added instructions on selecting resources to test.
• Section 3.1.1.2.2: Updates made for Ancillary Services (AS) Testing enhancement. Added clarification for conducting non-spin tests and added details regarding contact types used.
• Section 3.1.2.1: Made changes to evaluation of results based on specific criteria.
• Minor grammar and format edits.
