The California ISO has revised the operating procedures referenced below.
5370 Resource Performance Verification, version 7.0, effective March 11, 2020.
Periodic Review:
Purpose: Added Section 34.18.1 CAISO Tariff reference regarding Reliability Demand Response Resource (RDRR).
Responsibilities: Updated ISO Resource Test Administrator, ISO Generation Desk and ISO Shift Manager Desk to include "Performance" testing.
Section 2: Updated to include RDRR.
Added 3.1 Ancillary Service Resources section title and renumbered following subsections.
Added main Section 3.1 for Ancillary Service Resources title.
Created Section 3.1.1 Testing Criteria to include all criteria that was originally under Section 3.1 Conduct Performance Audits and Step 3 for ISO Resource Test Administrator.

Added 3.2 Reliability Demand Response (RDRR) section and all sub-sections within, including verbiage for operator phone calls to Scheduling Coordinator (SC).
Changed ‘Compliance’ to ‘Availability and Performance’ in all RDRR references.
Definitions: Added Unannounced Availability and Performance Test and Reliability Demand Response Resource.
