RC0130 Notification Requirements for Real-Time Events, version 1.4 effective July 21, 2021.

• Section 2: Updated North American Electric Reliability Coordination (NERC) Standard IRO-010 reference.
• Section 3.1, Item 3.1.4: Removed footnote referencing NERC Standard PRC-001 as it has been retired.
• Section 3.2: Added requirement for phone notifications to RC for forced and urgent generation derates ≥ 300 MW.
• Section 4: Updated Operationally Affected parties and removed NERC Standard PRC-001 reference.
