RC0120 Guidelines for RC West IRO-010 Data Specification and Collection, version 4.0, effective June 26, 2020.

Section 3.1.6.1 Req # 6.1: Expanded on default load for Pfixed and Qfixed values.

Section 3.1.6.10 Req # 6.17: Clarified for shunt devices.

Section 3.1.6.12 Req # 6.25: Added as new section.

RC0120A RC West IRO-010 Data Specification, version 4.0, effective June 26, 2020.

Section 4 - Updated applicable North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) standards on item 4.9.

Section 6 - Added request 6.25, 6.26, and 6.27. Clarified data transfer method for requests 6.13-6.17, 6.23, and 6.24.

Reviewed changes with the Data Exchange Working Group and Operations Planning Working Group on April 16, 2020 and June 4, 2020.

Section 1 - Clarified request RC-1.16.

Section 4 - Replaced RC-6.21 with RC-4.8 and included templates reference.

Section 5 - Consolidated RC-5.14 into RC-5.13 and added any updates to be provided; Removed PEAK references.

Section 6 - Consolidated RC-6.2-6.7 and RC-6.9 into RC-6.1. Updated the CAISO guidance document for RC-6.1, RC-6.8.1, RC-6.10-6.19, RC-6.22. Clarified RC-6.12 to system one-line diagrams and on request basis. Removed state and city from RC-6.13. Updated data update frequency for RC-6.18 and RC-6.19. Combined RC-6.20 into RC-6.10. Added request RC-6.24 and RC-6.25.
