The California ISO has revised the operating procedures referenced below:
5110 Real-Time Communications Guidelines, version 14.0, effective June 20, 2019.
Annual Review:
Section 1 Responsibilities: Added TOP.
Section 3.6: Changed GOP or DP failure of communication capabilities note to read failure with assigned SC or TOP.
Changed references of Reliability Coordinator messaging system to Reliability messaging system for consistency.
Changed review frequency from every 3 years to annual (need to capture updates based on annual review of communication protocols).
5210A Transmission Desk Logging, version 7.5, effective June 20, 2019.
Added interchange logging information that was contained within OP 5210C.
Removed Section 1.4, Planned Transmission Outages, as it is no longer necessary and renumbered remaining Sections.
Section 1.4 is now General Logging Criteria - additional changes: Removed line e), Changes in Transmission Biasing portion from the table, as it is no longer needed.
Section 1.5, Specific Logging Criteria: Removed several requirements from the Logging table and added new requirements.
Minor formatting and grammar improvements.
The California ISO has retired the operating procedure referenced below:
5210C Scheduling Desk Logging, version 5.6, effective June 20, 2019.
Retired - Interchange Scheduler section has been combined into operating procedure 5210A and remaining content is more applicable as an internal Desktop Procedure.
