The California ISO received a refund from Peak Reliability for assessment year 2019. Peak Reliability completed its wind-down and financial management review. As they anticipated, their year-end actuals for 2019 came in under budget. Consequently, each California ISO scheduling coordinator that received a 2019 Peak Reliability invoice is receiving a refund. As a reminder the 2017 NERC/WECC Metered Demand was used to calculate the 2019 Peak Reliability Charges and refunds will be calculated using the same source.
The ISO will issue the Peak Reliability Coordinator refund on June 18, 2020.
