The ISO has postponed its May 19, 2016 Commitment Cost Enhancements Phase 3 workshop in deference to market participants. The ISO recently became aware that there would not be sufficient representation on May 19 from key market participants to achieve the goals of the workshop.

The ISO will issue a market notice when a new workshop date, tentatively mid-June, is confirmed.
