The California ISO will hold a public stakeholder web conference on April 28, 2020, to discuss Tariff changes effecting how proxy demand resources effective flexible capacity (EFC) is set and the slow demand response final proposal combined into the Proxy Demand Resource - Resource Adequacy (PDR-RA) Clarifications stakeholder initiative. Please submit comments by May 8.
The paper, as well as a presentation, will be available prior to the meeting on the initiative webpage, at http://www.caiso.com/StakeholderProcesses/Proxy-demand-resource-resource-adequacy-clarification.
In addition, the web conference will be recorded and the video file posted on the initiative webpage for a limited time. The recording is for informational and convenience purposes only, and any related transcriptions should not be reprinted without the ISO’s permission. The ISO will publish its final positions in written materials in the relevant stakeholder process or legal proceeding.
Please submit written comments on the paper and discussion to initiativecomments@caiso.com by end of day May 8.
