The California ISO will hold a public stakeholder web conference on Aug. 21, 2020, to discuss the final proposal for the Pseudo-Ties of Shared Resources initiative, which proposes to allow for a share of jointly-owned resources to be pseudo-tied into the ISO Balancing Authority Area.
The final proposal, which incorporates stakeholder comments from the recently-published draft final proposal, will be discussed shortly following the draft tariff language discussion using the same web conference details.
The paper, as well as a presentation, will be available prior to the meeting on the initiative webpage at http://www.caiso.com/StakeholderProcesses/Pseudo-ties-shared-resources.
A web conference will be available for stakeholder convenience. In addition, the meeting will be recorded and the video file posted on the initiative webpage for a limited time. The recording is for informational and convenience purposes only, and any related transcriptions should not be reprinted without the ISO’s permission.
Please submit written comments on the final proposal by end of day September 4, through the ISO’s new commenting tool. To submit comments for the tariff process, please upload the redlined tariff document as an attachment in the online comments template. Stakeholders can begin using the tool after completing a simple one-time registration. The ISO conducted training on the use of the tool and how to register. A recording of that training is available at http://www.caiso.com/participate/Pages/LearningCenter/default.aspx.
