The California ISO has posted the second revised draft tariff language for the Pseudo-Ties of Shared Resources initiative. The draft language incorporates stakeholder comments received over the revised draft tariff language, clarifying that a share of a resource could continue ISO market participation during suspension and following termination of its pseudo-tie arrangement, and that each share continue participation as a pseudo-tie or a system resource.
The draft language, as well as ISO responses to stakeholder comments, are available on the initiative webpage, at https://stakeholdercenter.caiso.com/StakeholderInitiatives/Pseudo-ties-shared-resources.
Please submit written comments on the draft language by end of day Oct. 26, 2020, through the ISO’s new commenting tool.
