The California ISO has posted RC Services informational statements to the Market Results Interface - Settlements (MRI-S) and the Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) server on Nov. 1, 2021. For RC customers external to the ISO Balancing Authority Area, the files contain the RC Services billing data volumes for assessment year 2022 for review, pursuant to ISO tariff section 19.6. For RC customers internal to the ISO Balancing Authority Area, the files contain the North American Electric Reliability Corporation/Western Electricity Coordinating Council (NERC/WECC) metered demand for assessment year 2022 for scheduling coordinator (SC) review, pursuant to ISO tariff section 11.20.9.
Informational statements can be retrieved in MRI-S by selecting RC Services Informational as the run type and setting the post date to Nov. 1, 2021. The files are available on MRI-S and SFTP for 45 calendar days after publication. All RC customers are advised to download the files for validation purposes and future reference.
Beginning Nov. 1, 2021, each RC customer external to the ISO Balancing Authority Area will have 30 calendar days to resubmit billing data volumes if necessary. Volumes submitted as of Nov. 30, 2021, will be used to calculate the RC Services Charge for assessment year 2022.
