The California ISO has posted an updated matrix to respond to comments that were raised during the Aug. 18, 2021 stakeholder call concerning the proposed clarification to the definition of short start resources.
The updated matrix is available on the miscellaneous stakeholder meetings webpage.
The ISO plans to file the tariff clarifications at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) on Aug. 26, 2021.
