The California ISO has calculated the final rate for the Transferred Frequency Response (TFR) charges for the assessment year 2021, which is provided below for scheduling coordinators’ information pursuant to Section 11.34.2(a) of the ISO Tariff.

This notification of the TFR charge rate for assessment year 2021 has been delayed to allow for receipt of all billings from the contracted entities in order to facilitate calculation of a single rate. Therefore, pursuant to ISO tariff section 11.34.7, the issuance of the TFR charge rate for assessment year 2021 has been postponed to Feb. 2, 2021. The schedule set forth in this market notice for issuance of the calculated rate, TFR statements and invoices shall apply.
TFR statements and invoices will be issued on Feb. 9, 2021 and invoices due on March 2, 2021.
