The California ISO has published the draft final proposal and draft tariff language for the Transmission Service and Market Scheduling Priorities Phase 1 initiative. A stakeholder call has been scheduled on Dec. 20, 2021, to discuss both the proposal and tariff language, which are available on the initiative webpage. The presentation will be posted prior to the meeting at this link.
The ISO is proposing to extend the interim wheeling through scheduling priorities and the associated framework through summer 2022 and summer 2023, until June 1, 2024. The proposal also includes several transparency enhancements requested by stakeholders, among other proposed items. The draft tariff language captures the latest proposal to extend the interim wheeling through scheduling priorities process.
The meeting will be recorded, and the video file will be posted on the initiative webpage for a limited time. The recording is for informational and convenience purposes only, and any related transcriptions should not be reprinted without the ISO’s permission.
Please submit written comments on the draft final proposal, draft tariff language, and call discussion by end of day Jan. 7, 2022, through the ISO’s commenting tool using the link on the initiative webpage.
