The California ISO has scheduled an additional stakeholder working group 1 meeting on Dec. 10, 2021, for the native load and available transfer capability calculation topics as part of phase 2 of the Transmission Service and Market Scheduling Priorities initiative. Information related to this initiative and meeting materials from the working group 1 meetings can be found on the initiative webpage.
This working group focuses on the calculation of native load needs and deriving the available transfer capability (ATC) that could be utilized to support transmission reservations to establish scheduling priority.
