On March 18, 2022, the California ISO Board of Governors authorized the recalculation of market settlements to enable the ISO to distribute incentive payments collected under the Resource Adequacy Availability Mechanism (RAAIM) to the parties that would have received those payments had the ISO published thirty-six month settlement statements for the August 2018 and September 2018 monthly settlement statements.
The ISO published unscheduled directed recalculation settlement statements under run type Monthly Rerun Market on April 18, 2022, for the trading months of August and September 2018. Billing for these statements were reflected on the weekly invoice issued on April 20, 2022. Payments for the invoices were due no later than 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time on April 26, 2022. The ISO transmitted market payments based upon collections from Scheduling Coordinators as soon thereafter as feasible.

The trade date for the associated interest has been changed to April 24, 2022 from May 1, 2022. The associated interest will be reflected on the daily initial statement for April 24, 2022, under CC 7989 and 7999.
Disputes may be submitted in accordance with section 11.29.8.4.8 of the ISO Tariff. Adjustments for any valid disputes related to incremental data changes will be reflected on a subsequent recalculation settlement statement.
