The Independent Power Producers and Power Marketers sector is hosting a call to seek input from the sector on issues and concerns that they believe the Regional Issues Forum (RIF) should discuss. The California ISO is assisting this sector and will hold a series of public stakeholder calls that will be led by the RIF liaisons for this sector.
The RIF is a venue to discuss and share opinions on issues regarding the Western EIM and relevant topics. Each sector of the forum has two sector liaisons whose roles are to organize and facilitate input and participation from their respective sectors on the topics and content of the forums.
The definition of this sector, as stated in the Western EIM Regional Issues Forum Operating Guidelines, is “Independent power producers and marketers who engage in transactions within the EIM footprint”. More information is available on the RIF webpage.
