The California ISO has posted the Energy Storage and Distributed Energy Resources (ESDER)-Default Energy Bid (DEB) final proposal. The final proposal incorporates stakeholder input received over the recently-published draft final proposal and September 22 meeting.

Please submit written comments on the final proposal by end of day November 12, through the ISO’s commenting tool found in a link on the initiative page.
In addition, the web conference will be recorded and the video file posted on the initiative webpage for a limited time. The recording is for informational and convenience purposes only, and any related transcriptions should not be reprinted without the ISO’s permission.
