The California ISO has scheduled a public stakeholder call for Nov. 4, 2019, to discuss the revised draft final proposal for the Generation Deliverability Assessment initiative.
The ISO posted a draft final proposal and held a stakeholder call on Oct. 4, 2019, to discuss its responses to stakeholder comments on the previously proposed revisions to the deliverability assessment methodology, and review proposed revisions to the on-peak and off-peak deliverability assessment methodologies. The ISO also held a stakeholder call on Oct. 10, 2019, to discuss opportunities for adding storage to existing or new generation sites. The ISO has reviewed stakeholder’s written comments and prepared a revised draft final proposal.
The paper is available on the initiative webpage at http://www.caiso.com/informed/Pages/StakeholderProcesses/GenerationDeliverabilityAssessment.aspx. A presentation on the revisions to the generation deliverability proposal, and a presentation on the revisions to the opportunities for adding storage to existing or new generation sites will be available prior to the meeting on the webpage linked above. The ISO will accept verbal comments during the call.
A web conference will be available for stakeholder convenience. In addition, the call will be recorded and the video file posted on the initiative webpage for a limited time. The recording is for informational and convenience purposes only, and any related transcriptions should not be reprinted without the ISO’s permission.
