As part of the interregional transmission coordination effort, the 2022-2023 submission period is open through Mar. 31, 2022, for stakeholders to submit interregional transmission project proposals into the annual transmission planning process that could potentially replace or defer a regional solution that is in the ISO transmission plan. These proposals will be considered in the 2022-2023 transmission planning cycle.
Please submit project proposals using the Interregional Transmission Project Submission Form to itpsubmission@caiso.com by close of business Mar. 31. The form includes instructions and data requirement descriptions. The ISO will validate each submission and notify the submitter on the status of the application.
