Main Text

The ISO has scheduled a stakeholder call for May 3, 2016 to discuss proposed draft tariff language for the Aliso Canyon Gas Electric Coordination initiative.  The language will be available on the ISO website today, April 29 at http://www.caiso.com/informed/Pages/StakeholderProcesses/AlisoCanyonGasElectricCoordination.aspx.

The ISO proposes to revise its tariff to reflect the gas-electric market coordination concerns raised by the limited operation of the Aliso Canyon gas storage facility.

Please submit written comments on the language to initiativecomments@caiso.com by May 3 or share them during the call.

The ISO plans to file the tariff language with Federal Energy Regulatory Commission in early May.

More information on the stakeholder initiative is available on the webpage referenced above.
