The California ISO will hold a public technical working group meeting on Dec. 3, 2019, for a targeted discussion on battery operational costs associated with wholesale energy market participation, as part of the Energy Storage and Distributed Energy Resources (ESDER) Phase 4 initiative.
This session will provide an additional opportunity for stakeholders to provide input on the Default Energy Bid proposal, which was introduced within the ESDER Phase 4 straw proposal and subsequently discussed during the previous ESDER October stakeholder meeting.
A presentation will be available prior to the meeting on the initiative web page at http://www.caiso.com/informed/Pages/StakeholderProcesses/EnergyStorage_DistributedEnergyResources.aspx. In addition, a web conference will be available for stakeholder convenience. The meeting will be recorded and the video file posted on the initiative webpage for a limited time.
