The California ISO has posted its initial business requirements specification (BRS) for Phase 1 of its Hybrid Resources initiative. This phase of the initiative is specific to Co-Located Resources and the Aggregate Capability Constraint (ACC) that enforces the shared interconnection limits. This document will not cover Phase 2 of the initiative, which will involve introduction of the Hybrid Resource to the market model.
